What we’re about
We are cultivating present moment awareness during every day life by practicing mindfulness in relation to others. We meditate together, out loud! This form of mindfulness training is a breakthrough innovation that helps us stay aware even while in conversation. With the support of listening to each other, we don't fall asleep and we stay focused. We also transform our ability to listen and support others.
This group is especially relevant for anyone in helping professions especially coaches, counsellors, human resources professionals and leaders who are expanding their relational capacities. We can be even more present, aware and wise in relation to others.
We are inspired and informed by both secular knowledge and the Buddhist path, learning from the Buddhist Insight Dialogue Community.
We are based in Hong Kong and meet both online and in-person.

Walking Insight Dialogue - Relational Mindfulness in the Park
Location not specified yetIf you already have some meditation experience, you can join this small group of people to practice relational mindfulness (Buddhist Insight Dialogue) while walking in Kowloon Park.
Guided by either Genevieve Heng or Angela Spaxman, we practice a guided standing meditation to begin, and then follow a structured practice while walking in pairs or trios. Be prepared so slow down, notice what is going on internally within you, share that with your partner and also listen to your partner when it is their turn to share.
This practice can nourishing and inspiring. It calls on participants to slow down and stay present with themselves, their partner and the surroundings of the park. More information is available at www.insightdialogue.org.
