If you already have some meditation experience, you can join this small group of people to practice relational mindfulness (Buddhist Insight Dialogue) while walking in Kowloon Park.

Guided by either Genevieve Heng or Angela Spaxman, we practice a guided standing meditation to begin, and then follow a structured practice while walking in pairs or trios. Be prepared so slow down, notice what is going on internally within you, share that with your partner and also listen to your partner when it is their turn to share.

This practice can nourishing and inspiring. It calls on participants to slow down and stay present with themselves, their partner and the surroundings of the park. More information is available at www.insightdialogue.org.
