Asia Insight Dialogue Drop-in Group

This is a fortnightly online gathering to practice Insight Dialogue guided by Genevieve Heng and/or Angela Spaxman. It is appropriate for anyone with some introductory training in Insight Dialogue, relational mindfulness, Port in a Storm, Mindfulness in Dialogue or Empathy & Solidarity practice.

We begin with a short guided meditation. Each person shares some words to check-in. Then we move into break-out rooms for practice in pairs or trios. Before closing we gather as a full group to share insights and experiences.
