What we’re about

This groups aim is to provide a quiet, secure, safe and respectful space to share, learn, heal and grow individually to self actualize and to improve our mental health. We will discuss Attachment theory and how we and our relationships may be positively or negatively influencing our joy and peace. Other topics discussed will be healing, detachment, self care, self love, trauma, self worth, communication, self awareness, fitness and diet etc. The organizer will share a helpful book list we can all dig into and discuss. This group will continue to meet regularly. How often is yet to be determined. Ultimately this is a support group being formed for people who feel alone, hurt, lost, confused, unheard, unseen, manipulated, abandoned and/or abused. You are valuable, special and one of a kind. We are all on this journey of healing and growth together.
