I created All You Need Iz Love as a result of the expansive personal transformation I have experienced after leaving a 20 year marriage.
I was so busy being loyal to a person and a marriage that really did not work for me and I was not aware that loyalty starts with self - think about putting on your own oxygen mask first.
I was suffocated and my feelings, emotions, needs, desires, wants and self expression were not welcome in my own home. It was soul crushing! Intimacy was non-existent in my home - both emotional and physical. Part of me had died a slow death.
When I left the marriage in 2016, I realized I need to find home within. I started exploring and trying new experiences, I found my courage and I got curious. There was a whole new world out there that I had not explored and there was a whole world inside of me that was neglected.
My personal growth path has brought more love and connection into my life than I could have imagined. Deeper and more emotionally intimate relationships with friends and partners. I not only found out what I want, what I need, what my desires are - I learned to communicate these things to others while honoring my boundaries. I learned to have the challenging conversations; I learned to share about the awkward or the painful or the joyful in a whole new way.
My "official" title is Relationship, 5ex & Intimacy Coach and sometimes I call myself a Vulnerability Coach, or an Authenticity Coach, or an Integrity Coach, or a Transparency Coach, a Communication Coach, a Touch Coach or Human Coach and even a Boundaries and Consent Coach.
Most of us are not taught how to truly relate to another human, how to truly be in relationship, how to make a repair when rupture happens, how to celebrate the wins, what to do when a partner is offering a bid for attention, what to do when someone is triggered, how to talk about desires and needs, how to talk about our bodies, how to talk about our physical needs, how to truly show up and be present with another human.
