Valerie has turned her own stories of heartbreaks and heroics into a body of stories and blues songs and found transforming difficult feelings into art to be an opening into awakening, acceptance, and growth. She uses music, art, storytelling, and movement as a way to deepen her connection to herself, her journey in this lived life, and what gives it juice and meaning.
