A gathering for people working inside one of the most complex decision and information environments in modern life.

This in-person Denver meetup is for healthcare professionals navigating overlapping technologies, contradictory requirements, and constant demands for precision, all while still trying to provide excellent care.

Healthcare is confusing. Every day, you’re making decisions inside systems shaped by EHRs, documentation rules, insurance constraints, scheduling software, clinical guidelines, patient expectations, and operational tradeoffs. This meetup is for anyone who has ever thought:
“Why is this so much harder than it needs to be?”

Whether you’re clinical, administrative, operational, public health, or somewhere in between, you’re invited to gather with people who understand what it means to work inside high-stakes, high-complexity, low-clarity systems.

### Why This Space Exists

This meetup creates room to talk openly about what it’s like to navigate these environments without slipping into doom, cynicism, or burnout rhetoric. It’s a space for connection, shared insight, and the realization that you’re not the only one trying to make sense of all of this.

### What to Expect

A relaxed, human-centered, lightly structured evening:

  • Casual arrivals and warm conversation
  • A short welcome about decision-making in complex systems
  • Introductions with a gentle prompt, such as:
  • What’s one decision at work that shouldn’t be this hard?
  • Where do you experience the biggest information bottleneck?
  • What tool or workflow do you wish you could redesign?
  • Open time for connecting and comparing experiences

This is not a networking event in the traditional sense. It’s a place to be human in a system that rarely slows down long enough for people to hear each other.

Hosted by Remake The Rules, a Colorado-based practice focused on modern decision-making and navigating information-saturated, high-stakes environments.
