We casually banter about sometimes controversial philosophical concepts. You are encouraged to submit your own rants, disagreements, arguments, etc!
Some good things to know about the group :
1 : You are free and encouraged to email us topics at : philosophyrenegade@gmail.com
2 : We don't believe in waitlists. However many people show up, we'll figure it out.
3 : Moderation is done only lightly. The iron fist must be covered in a velvet glove.
4 : Passionate opinions need to be encouraged.
5 : Topic selection is not a democratic process. However, essentially no topic is forbidden from its proper time and place.
6 : Quality over quantity.
7 : Tacos.

This will be an author meet and talk event. I will give a brief talk about why I wrote the book, what it tries to accomplish, etc. We will then have a structured discussion on one of the sections in the book. That section is provided here
If you are a super mega nerd, you can read this paper which will be relevant to the discussion.
