RENEGADES RETURNS.

Folks, I'm happy to return with a fruitful discussion about, among other things, chairs. Specifically we will be discussing the relationship between Socratic inquiry, Wittgenstein's idea of the "language game," and the emergence of image recognition algorithms (basically, AI.)

This event has two things that are necessary to engage with.

1 :
In order to grasp Wittgenstein, you should listen to this fantastic lecture by Sugrue. Wittgenstein himself is very hard to read but there are tons of explanations of his work.

2 :
I have written a prompt, here.

Here are some extra resources if you want to go crazy.
1 : The Tractatus by Wittgenstein, which is rather hard to parse but rich in quality.

2 : Philosophical Investigations, also by Wittgenstein (sort of), which is much much harder to parse, and even more valuable.
