Welcome to Renew in Nature Breathwork Meetup! This group is for anyone interested in the transformative power of breathwork and using the conscious-connected (circular) breath with music to connect to your inner wisdom for healing, authenticity, awakening energy, and more. Join us for breathwork sessions in our beautiful canvas yurt in Black Forest or in other settings to renew energy and connect with a welcoming community. Whether you are new to breathwork or have been practicing for years, our community is a supportive space for growth and exploration. Let's come together to inhale the beauty of nature and exhale limitations.

Come as you are; no breathwork or dance experience needed.
