Join us for the Breathe & Move Experience: breathwork + dance surrounded by the beauty of the forest, with breathwork inside a welcoming canvas yurt.
Come as you are; no breathwork or dance experience needed.

Bring a friend or come meet new people as we celebrate the changing season together.
Headphones, eye mask, mats and blankets provided in this safe and comfortable environment.
Please wear comfy clothes and bring water and your journal.

It is at a great price of $50 for the 3 hour experience:
1. Arrive and start to move (headphones provided to use)
2. Learn about the conscious- connected (circular) breath
3. Guided Relaxation
4. 1-hour breathwork to music over headphones so you control the volume -immersive or quieter
5. Share circle (optional participation)
6. Integration and movement with dance
This is an evening experience to connect with your inner widsom and community.
