Breathe deep, relax and learn to listen to your body in this gentle form of restorative Yoga. Practice slow movement, meditative breathing and strengthening postures while following Anusara’s Universal Principles of Alignment: Open to Grace, Muscle Energy, Inner-Expanding Spiral, Outer-Contracting Spiral, and Organic Energy. All skill levels are welcome and pose modifications will be available.
