Rumi & Friends: Mystical and Nature-Based Poetry Gatherings

Join us for mystical and nature-based poetry readings where our focus is on listening deeply to the poetry, reflecting on its meaning, and listening deeply to ourselves and each other. No prior experience with mystical and nature-based poetry is required, and it is fine to show up simply to listen. Poetry shared includes mystical poetry from Sufi poets Rumi and Hafiz, nature-based poetry from Mary Oliver and John O'Donohue, and other work that explores the Mystery, interconnectedness, and meaning. Whether you are a spiritual seeker new to poetry or a scholar who has translated Rumi's poetry from its original Persian, you are welcome. All cultural perspectives and spiritual traditions welcomed.

Through these offerings, participants have an opportunity to connect with themselves, learn from each other, and connect with other people devoted to their personal and spiritual growth. You are invited to experience directly the benefits of ongoing participation in a supportive community.
