Welcome to 30 minutes of Sex Therapist, Ly-Lan Lofgren, LCSW, answering your sex and sexuality related questions.

Different from Chat GPT and other internet sources, Ly-Lan has over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and classes as a sex therapist, and can answer the specific question you are asking for you.
