Graham Barr has a practice concentration in Corporate and Commercial Law, Leasing, and Residential Real Estate, specializing in commercial asset and share acquisition and sale, corporate reorganizations, commercial financing, shareholder agreements, tax implementation, leasing and lease review, and residential/commercial real estate acquisition and sale. Before articling, Graham completed a Master of Laws from the University of Toronto.
Brandon Hans joined BARR LLP as an articling student in 2016 after completing the NCA accreditation process. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent, Canterbury in 2014. His current areas of focus are Real Estate, Foreclosure Law, Creditor-Debtor Relations, and Financing.
