This INTRO SESSION will familiarize you (your conscious and unconscious mind) AND your Super Conscious with some simple terms and a framework. They can work together to clear old stumbling blocks to enjoy a more relaxed, authentic, and satisfying life experience. Prerequisite to having a full session.

In this Free Introductory Session, you will have the chance to feel the effectiveness of the process. You will privately work on what comes up during the session and share only if and when you are comfortable doing so.

What to expect:

A little about who I am and why I am passionate about sharing this effective method with you.

We will then center and ground to begin the session.

Do a brief exercise to consider what you would like to address.

Complete an entire brain re-wiring intro session.

Close with reflection and sharing.

After this session, you will be prepared to participate in any upcoming FULL Session.
