You want to improve your rhetoric skills, or you just want to get red rid of your nervousness of speaking in front of people? Then hold on and look no further - Blue Danube Speakers (Toastmasters Linz) is exactly what your searching for!
By speaking regularly in front of an audience and receiving feedback you can boost your speaking skills up to a new level! This is exactly what we are doing here at Toastmasters Linz – and to make it even more fun – we do it in English to also improve our English skills! Though you can also hold speeches in German if you prefer.
On stage you’ll be able to give short speeches spontaneously or on prepared topics. Not only will you receive feedback after every speech but also guidelines and help in form of mentoring to guarantee your personal progress. Through the possibility of performing different roles (e.g. Toastmaster of the evening, evaluator, grammarian, etc.) you will also increase your leadership skills.
Our local club at Linz, Blue Danube Speakers, is just one of hundreds of Toastmaster clubs worldwide and is based on a professional concept that has already proven itself to make you a great speaker with leadership qualities. You will be able to connect and exchange experience with successful toastmasters worldwide. As club we strive for continuous improvement and compete regularly with other Toastmaster clubs all over the world!
If you are interested to take part in our journey, we would be very glad if you joined us! We meet regularly every 2nd Monday at Grand Garage, Tabakfabrik Linz.

Du willst deine Rhetorik-Fertigkeiten verbessern, oder du willst einfach nur deine Angst vom Reden vor Menschenmengen überwinden? Dann halte ein - Toastmasters Linz ist genau das nach dem du gesucht hast!
Durch regelmäßiges Halten von Reden vor einem Publikum und dem Empfangen von Feedback kannst du deine Redefertigkeiten auf ein neues Level bringen. Das ist genau was wir hier bei Toastmasters Linz machen - und um es noch spannender zu gestalten halten wir unsere Reden in Englisch, um auch unser Englisch zu verbessern. Du kannst jedoch deine Reden auch in Deutsch halten wenn du willst.
Auf der Bühne wirst du kurze Reden geben - entweder spontan oder bezüglich eines vorbereiteten Themas. Nicht nur wirst du Feedback erhalten sondern auch Richtlinien und Hilfe in Form von Mentoring, um deinen persönlichen Fortschritt zu sichern. Durch die Möglichkeit verschiedene Rollen zu übernehmen (z.B. Toastmaster des Abends, Evaluator, Grammatiker, etc.) wird du auch deine Führungsqualitäten verbessern.
Unser lokaler Klub in Linz, Blue Danube Speakers, ist nur einer von Hunderten weltweiten Toastmaster Klubs und basiert auf einem professionellem Konzept, dass erwiesenermaßen einen großartigen Redner mit Führungsqualitäten aus dir machen wird. Du wirst außerdem die Möglichkeit erhalten dich mit anderen erfahrenen und erfolgreichen Toastmastern weltweit auszutauschen. Als ein Klub streben wir nach kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und messen und regelmäßig mit anderen Toastmaster Clubs auf der ganzen Welt!
