Safety First!
The trail head for the JB Hudson Trail is located on Rt. 165 2.6 miles west from the intersection of Rt. 3. Look for the sign on your right and enter the short dirt road to the small lot.
This hike will take us into the Arcadia Management Area, through single track trails, on dirt roads, and around the Breakheart Pond.
Good hiking boots are required as well as extra water for hydration, snacks optional. Always protect yourself from ticks and the many diseases they carry. This hike will be at a steady pace with stops as necessary.
