Join me Sunday as we walk the beautiful coast of Westerly, Rhode Island. We'll go on an 8 or so mile beach hike starting at Misquamicut State Beach heading west along the shore through Misquamicut and Watch Hill, then to the end of Napatree Point and back to Misquamicut State Beach.

This is an exercise oriented hike. You must be in excellent physical condition and have completed a 7 mile walk in the last month.
