Recreational group drumming is a great practice that supports health & well-being. It's transformational: it can uplift your mood, decrease your blood pressure, decrease anxiety, increase your energy, increase your feelings of connection and IT'S JUST PURE FUN!

Help build and become part of this monthly Saturday night drumming community. This is a facilitated event; newcomers are always welcome and will be guided into finding their rhythms while more experienced drummers will have the chance to show us their chops while supporting the group experience. I have plenty of instruments to share (let me know if you need one).

$10.00 donation towards space greatly appreciated.
