Join me (Fern Filner) for monthly and weekly classes and drum jams! Small groups so each gather is an interactive experience of percussion and meditative rhythm's for frame drums, Doumbek's, Djembe's and a mix of percussion instruments during JuJu Jam time!

Drums provided or bring your own. We now have drum stands to bring the smaller Djembe drums higher and provide a more comfortable position.
Drumming has been used for thousands of years for pain mitigation, stress management, and cognitive engagement; as well as enhanced listening skills, coordination exercises, community and fun!
Any level of wellness can play.
Currently it is 5 dollars per class, payable 1 month at a time. You must register at the ACC. Use the below link or stop by the center. Attend for the first time as my guest. Please show up 15 minutes early to check in.
