What we’re about

This Saturday’s guided meditation will include moving meditation, sitting meditation, walking meditation, post meditation self-massage, and short Dharma talk via video. We will provide meditation cushions for you.

For in-person attendees, please let me know in advance if you wish to practice on chairs. Since we have very limited spots, please only enroll if you plan on attending. We will send you confirmation few days prior to the class, if you do not respond to it within 24 hours, your space will be cancelled. This is so we can ensure attendance is as accurate as possible.

Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before 1:30 pm because the door will be closed at 1:35 pm.
