Mark Weisser is a seasoned computer systems architect and programmer specializing in declarative infrastructure and resilient system design. Currently serving as the CTO/CIO of waveGUARD™ Corporation and Co-Founder of whizBANG! Developers LLC, Mark has over two decades of experience leading technical operations and full-service web development.

With a Master’s in Information Technology and a foundational background in Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy, he bridges the gap between hardware-level precision and modern software architecture.
