This presentation takes a deeper dive into the Linux operation of SUID and File Permissions. We dive more into the composition of the programs. And, from both a practical standpoint and a high-level view, we consider the benefit and purpose of the File Permissions.

Then, we pivot to explore how businesses implement a computer security organizational program to identify vulnerabilities and manage/reduce resulting threats. We look at various Frameworks and Standards that businesses use to manage Risk and Compliance. Also, we outline various software packages that can contribute to the effort.
