About us
Are You a Spiritual Adventurer?
Are you intrigued by questions such as:
- How do past lives affect my life today?
What is my re-occurring dream trying to tell me?
What is my spiritual destiny?
If so, you can connect with other like-minded Souls and learn new ways of exploring your inner worlds. Join us and meet people from the Richmond Hill area who share your interest in spiritual experiences and personal growth. Please note: Until further notice, all our discussions are now held online via Zoom video calls.
We offer informal discussions on spiritual topics, Eckankar classes, seminars and worship services, and uplifting spiritual exercises that will help you to explore your inner worlds and to thrive spiritually. Our goals are to help our members validate and understand their spiritual experiences, and gain insights to explore the meaning behind them, thereby enriching our spiritual lives.
These experiences can include meeting loved ones on the other side, learning from spiritual guides, following an intuition, hearing spiritual sounds, seeing spiritual lights, and discovering how spiritual realities can guide our daily lives.
There is no cost to attend as we explore topics such as:
• Have you had a spiritual experience?
• Understanding the spiritual meaning of your dreams
• Creating your world with the spiritual laws of life
• Angels, masters and spiritual guides
• Dreams, past lives and out-of-body experience
• And many more ...
This group is organized and sponsored by members of Eckankar as a free community service. Eckankar is an ancient spiritual teaching that helps people to make spiritual experiences an everyday reality in their lives.

Singing HU can:
· Directly connect you to the heart of God.
· Tune you with the Sound Current and rhythm of life.A Sacred Sound, an ancient mantra: HU is a universal love song to God. It works for all.
HU is the Sound behind all sounds, woven into the language of life.
It is the wind in the leaves, falling rain, the thunder of jets, singing of birds and the awful rumble of a tornado. Its sound is heard in laughter, weeping, the din of city traffic, ocean waves, and the quiet rippling of a mountain stream.Have you ever reached out to the universe for love and answers? Do you feel you need help dealing with stress or fear? HU offers balance, wisdom and wonder—it brings alignment with your true purpose and highest good.
“Singing HU, the most beautiful prayer, is a spiritual technique you can use to keep your balance in this world. It can help you keep your perspective.
HU can protect. HU can give love, HU can heal. It can give peace of mind.
But don’t expect HU to work as you want, because God’s love, as it comes down and heals, does things its way. You have to have confidence and love in your heart.
Sing HU, and a door will open."——Harold Klemp, The Sound of Soul, Pg. 36

HU
A Sacred Sound, an ancient mantra: HU is a universal love song to God. It works for all. Have you ever reached out to the universe for love and answers? Do you feel you need help dealing with stress or fear? HU offers balance, wisdom and wonder—it brings alignment with your true purpose and highest good. The word HU will spiritualize you. It’s an ancient name for God. Sing HU on the way to work, for instance, and you will find that you have a different way of looking at the people around you and at the work you do.“Spiritual healing brings harmony, clarity, and balance to mind, heart, and spirit. It also means change. What are we willing to accept or do to become more whole?
In some way, we need to accept more of God's Light and Sound into our being. This is the ECK, the God Current. When It enters your heart, Soul lives by a new law, a new vibration of love and wisdom. HU opens the door to your full radiance as a spiritual being.”- Sri Doug Kunin, the MAHANTA, the Living ECK Master. The 2026 ECK Worldwide Soul Adventure Seminar cover page.
