What we’re about
Since 1996, the RPOA provides you with a vital line of communication, education and professional networks. The membership group of professionals is an important part of a broad effort to promote the development and sharing of information pertinent to real estate investing and management in the Richmond community and surrounding counties. It is our goal to make rental housing in the Richmond community and other localities a better place to live and protect and improve the quality of life for all residents. Our group consists of multi-family owners, single-family home owners, commercial property owners, suppliers, and new, first-time investors who would like to learn the real estate business. The general meeting occurs the second Tuesday of each month at 12:00pm at The Place in Innsbrook. The Think Tank is scheduled for the third Tuesday at 12:00pm at Nick's Roman Terrace. Our meetings average about 50+ people in attendance.
