I won a cruise for this weekend, but instead of cancelling this event I'm leaving it on as it really is a lovely afternoon in a pretty location.
Therefore, please arrange to meet each other using Comments. I will not be available to help or advise.
Once again Barnes Green will be filled with a great selection of shopping and entertainments.
There will be live music from local groups and choirs on the Bandstand from 10am and community dance, tai chi and ballet groups on the Events Stage.
Food from a selection of Barnes’ local restaurants is also on offer -these include The Crossing, Rick Stein, Barnes, The Brown Dog, Postbox and Eli & Dhani – and of course the Barnes Community Association will be serving up it’s famous Pimm’s.
M&S and Sainsbury's are along the small high street for food and drinks too.
Nearest train stations are Barnes Bridge and Barnes. 533 bus from Hammersmith. 419 bus from Richmond.
