Yes another event to enjoy this weekend to enjoy :)
I'm driving the long distance at my ex-neighbour's request. Therefore, I will be there at some point, but not as a host for meetup. Go on your own or with friends, and enjoy the day :)
The celebration is on Whitton High Street, which is visible as soon as you come out of Whitton Station. For something that was traditionally a village, it packs a mighty punch on this Day.
In the past, the parade has consisted of:
1 - Classic and unusual cars.
2 - Harley-Davidson motorbikes.
3 - Various Drum Players.
4 - Various dancers.
.And lots more.
There is live music on the main stage, and, naturally, there will be food and other stalls.
