What we’re about
Our group is focused on data analytics and how to use it in real business applications and scenarios. As main toolset for that, we use Power BI online, Power BI Desktop and other Microsoft Self-Service BI tools – Excel (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerView, PowerMap). In our meetings, we start with a general presentation about important news, updates and meetup content. Then we usually show demos prepared by ourselves, or someone from the group shares their experience. Meetups are organized as discussions and all questions and experiences are welcome. If you have specific questions or cases using the above mentioned tools we can explore it and find the best solution for you as part of the meeting and share the experience with other group members. We give special attention to data visualization and how present data for different audiences. Sometimes we will deep dive into analytics with examples of Data Mining and Machine Learning on Azure.
