Intro to JavaScript: All about Functions

Learning your first programming language is exhilarating! Tonight we'll begin to write dynamic code. What does that mean? We'll be learning how to declare and run functions! We'll be defining terms like parameters and explaining how to use the RETURN keyword. Even if you're newer to JavaScript this would be a great workshop for you if you have an understanding of variables and data types in JS.

If you don't, you can prep for this class by reviewing the first two sections of Rithm's Intro to JS course online.

Doors open @ 6pm. Lecture will start around 6:30pm. Come early, get signed in, grab a good seat and shmooze for a bit.

Bring your laptop! The workshop will be a combination of lecturing and programming.
