Hello, I’m Amy!
I am a NAIT Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. I'm excited to challenge you to integrate body movement with me each week!
Are you looking for a supportive community to train with on a weekly basis?

My vision is to form a like minded group of friends that will support each other in having fun and sweat for 60 minutes ~ 3 days a week.

Our Training Days are:
***Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:00-7:00am! ~ EARLY MORNING CREW
***Mondays at 6:30pm-7:30! ~ EVENING CREW

This group will always be set at your own pace. All levels are Welcome. Lets learn from one another and Encourage each other!

This Group will be a combination of stretching, high intensity interval training, body weight exercises and cardiovascular endurance training.
