Welcome to the River Oaks Women’s Writers Association for Fellow & Aspiring Authors We are a supportive community dedicated to helping each other grow in all aspects of life. Whether you're interested in learning about how to get published , enduring writers block , need a moment for peace & quiet so you can focus on building your writing skills or just trying to put some words together to finish your first novel or your 10th novel , a series , poetry , whatever you are working
On we will be having writing sessions in 1 hour & 2 hour blocks ,during that time if you feel the need to share 10 -15 minute reads from something you are working you are more than welcome too we will have sign up sheets for anyone that would like to participate the week before so that we will have a head count of how many would like to read ,we would love to be a part of your journey for reads and critiques giving positive feedback around the world. We will be exploring new books and authors, & discussing the latest movies, we have something for everyone.
