About us
We are a friendly group that meets weekly for community workouts and wellness. The focus is body positivity, community and mental health. All bodies welcome. Meetings include running, aerobics, beginner tennis, hot yoga (26 + 2 series), mat Pilates, strength training and more.
Classes are led by Rachel Layne Licensed Massage therapist, esthetician, Permanent Makeup artist, Group fitness instructor, Yoga instructor.
