We are meeting at the big open area at the corner of Oakcrest and Taylor.

This outdoor qigong class (weather permitting) offers an easeful, flowing practice designed to ground and calm your energy while gently invigorating your motivation to take action.

Through smooth, accessible movements and breath-led flow, we’ll settle the nervous system, connect with the earth, and awaken a steady inner drive—so you leave feeling centered, clear, and quietly energized for the week ahead.

All levels welcome. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and let the fresh air support your practice. 🌿

Wear warm layers with a hat or scarf. Yoga mat is not required.
