Join us beneath the trees in Golden Gate Park for a grounding qigong practice designed to help transform anger, frustration, and emotional tension into flow, clarity, and inner balance.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, anger and stress can cause energy to become stagnant in the Liver system. Through gentle movements, breathwork, sound, and mindful awareness, this practice helps smooth and regulate the flow of qi, releasing held tension from the body while calming the nervous system.

Surrounded by nature, we’ll move slowly and intentionally — creating space for softness, resilience, and emotional renewal. This class is welcoming to all levels and offers a chance to reconnect with yourself, the breath, and the healing rhythms of the natural world.
