### Attendance Policy:

  • RSVP Responsibility: Only RSVP if you genuinely plan to attend. Multiple unconfirmed RSVPs or last-minute cancellations may impact your standing in the group.
  • Confirmation Required: Confirm your attendance when prompted. Failure to confirm in time may result in your spot being given to someone on the waitlist.
  • Punctuality: A 10-15 minute grace period will be provided at the meeting point. Events start promptly after this period, and late arrivals will not be accommodated.
  • No-Show Policy: If you confirm attendance but fail to show up without a valid excuse, you will be marked as a "no-show." Repeated no-shows may lead to removal from the group.
