Come join us in Wadi Hanifah trail for a refreshing morning long walk. In this walk, we are going to challenge ourselves to complete 21 km in one go! (Normal Walk, Brisk Walk, Easy Run). This expected to take around 4.5 hours, including breaks.
It's a chance for those seeking to enhance/maintain their fitness levels, connect with like-minded individuals, earn an achievement, and stay healthy.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Each participant must be physically fit for this walk.
- Have done +20 km walk (or run) before.
- Not suffering from health problems that hinder their participation.
Participation is FREE in this event.
Preparation:
- Wear comfortable, breathable summer clothing.
- Make sure you wear suitable walking shoes (we might walk on dusty surfaces).
- Bring a small bag (daypack) to put your bottle of water inside (~2L at least) to stay hydrated.
- Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen.
- Everyone is supposed to bring what they need of (water/food) for this 21km walk.
