**Lemlem Baraki** is a Data Analyst within the Office of HIV/AIDS at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), where she assesses HIV data for PEPFAR-supported countries. In her role, she provides technical support to both headquarters and country teams, ensuring effective data analysis, visualization, and interpretation to inform program strategies. Lemlem earned her Master of Public Health with a specialization in Epidemiology from SUNY Downstate and is committed to leveraging data to enhance the impact of public health interventions.

**Karishma Srikanth** is a Data Analyst at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in the Office of HIV/AIDS, where she specializes in quantitative analysis of global health data. Her work is primarily concentrated in analyzing HIV data from over 50 countries, to drive policy and decision making within PEPFAR, the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. She also works with a small team of data scientists to advance analytic tools, data visualization, and communication capabilities at headquarters and within country programs.
