Everything shiny! R-Ladies June meetup

Details
Hi Los Angeles R-Ladies!
We'll be having our next meetup on June 23rd at 12pm on campus at UCLA.
Local LA R-Lady Lauren Steely will be walking us through the world of shiny! Shiny is great for building web apps that let other people explore your datasets without having to be technical R users. By the end we will have built two simple shiny apps for visualizing some scientific data. Make sure you have RStudio installed with the `shiny` package.
As always we welcome people regardless of gender, but our group is intended for those who identify with a gender minority (trans women, cis women, trans men, non-binary, other). We expect all attendees to abide by our Code of Conduct.
See you there!

Location details:
We'll be in room 101 of the LaKretz Garden Pavilion, located in the botanical garden at the corner of Tiverton Dr and Charles E Young Dr South. The best way to get to room 101 is by taking the path off of Tiverton Dr into the garden. Follow the R-Ladies signs!
The closest visitor parking is parking structure 2 and it is $3 per hour. There is also street parking on Hilgard Ave and the surrounding neighborhood. https://main.transportation.ucla.edu/campus-parking/visitors/pay-station-rates-and-locations
