2D and 3D Graphics in R!
Details
Olivia Daub will be presenting some fun tricks you'll need to know in order to make awesome 3D graphics in R! The session will begin with an review/overview of more basic plots in ggplot, then get into more advanced plots.
What do I need to bring?
• Ensure you have an updated version of XQuartz (https://www.xquartz.org/) downloaded (you'll need this for the R packages used to generate the 3D plots)
• Install the following R packages by running this code in your R console:
• install.packages(c("car","psych","scatterplot3d","Rcmdr","rgl","gvlma"))
As usual, we'll make our way to a nearby pub for some beer and food after the session.
See you then!
