Generalized Additive Model (using time series data)

For the first time ever the R-Ladies event will come to Maribor!

We'll host:
William R. Shoemaker, who studies the ecological and evolutionary dynamics of microbial communities by coupling experimental and observational data with intuitive mathematical models containing few, if any, free parameters. He is currently a fellow in the Quantitative Ecology and Evolution Group at The Abdus Salam Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP).

The meeting will be held at the Medical Faculty of the University of Maribor (lecture room 2N2). Parking is available either in the Europark shopping centre (free) or on the street in front of the Faculty (1€/h).
