**Dr. Gwynn Gebeyehu** is a post-doctoral fellow at **Harvard Business School,** specializing in the Science of Science. She has worked on analytical projects within the rail and aviation sectors, where her contributions include improving Terminal Arrival Efficiency Rate estimation, developing predictive algorithms for train arrivals in complex rail systems, and creating methods to ensure unbiased algorithmic outcomes. Dr. Gebeyehu has also developed a robust Shiny application to assist in balancing trials, in collaboration with Ken Kleinman from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and Harvard University.

Dr. Gebeyehu holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of Auckland, the birthplace of R, where she studied under renowned statisticians Thomas Lumley and Ross Ihaka. Her research focused on identifying long-term effects in biometric data after treatment cessation, particularly when noisy measurements cross critical thresholds.
