R Programming - Best Practices Workshop

Details
Come join us for a Best Practices Workshop!
When learning to program in R, there is often an emphasis on getting results as quickly as possible. This is understandable given the limited amount of time in a semester or project. However, this often leads to code that is difficult to debug, share, or re-use. This workshop will cover some best practices for programming in R to help avoid those problems.
Topics will include:
- Workflow
- Formatting style
- Programming patterns
Bring your laptops. The tutorial will be hands-on and will benefit both beginners and more advanced coders.
