Building a Personal Website Using R
Details
This workshop invites R users with basic/intermediate knowledge who are interested in learning how to build their personal website using the blogdown package (No prior knowledge with blogdown is required).
This workshop will be an interactive presentation, where we will build a website together (like Jenny's site here https://jennysloane.netlify.app/ from scratch. We will also provide further resources that will allow you to continue enhancing your website on your own.
To prepare for this workshop please make sure that you have R and RStudio installed on your computer. It would be great if you could create a Github account if you do not have one already.
Please bring your laptop with you!

BIOS
Tehilla is a Ph.D. student studying cognitive science at UNSW, Sydney. She received her Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees from the University of Basel, Switzerland. Her research focuses on the interaction between risky decision-making and information-seeking behaviour.
Jenny is also a PhD student studying cognitive psychology at UNSW. She received her BA in psychology from the University of Maryland and her Masters of Science in experimental psychology from Syracuse University. Jenny’s research interests include studying the effects of interruptions and time-pressure on decision-making.
