Roaming Lakeview and Cayuga

Details
Our last roam for July will be in another somewhat under-appreciated part of town. Though we are in earshot of the 280 and BART, this corner of the city offers several sweet parks, a wonderful community garden - where I hope the dahlias will be showing - and the rocky outcrop (pictured above).
Expect some blocks of climbing as well as some off-roading, but also tremendous views: we saw the Farallones from the most westerly point of this route one year (and failing that, we will be walking along Farallones Street).
We will meet at Balboa Park BART, and the small print is: we will meet by exit A1 of the BART station. Above ground this is the new plaza behind the new apartment block on San Jose, in a triangle also bounded by Geneva and the 280.
Bringing water, snacks, and layers for all the microclimates is the way to go.
These roams are offered by donation. They are one way I am able to pay my rent in San Francisco.
Punctuality is always appreciated. Please send a message on the app if you are running a little late. I can usually respond to messages before we get underway, but then I won't be checking my phone. Meetup has now added a "share location" feature, so you will be able to catch up.
I know Meetup is notorious for no-shows and late changes of rsvp. I am not as strict as other organisers (we do talk to each other!), but I do track those who regularly drop off or no-show, and have disinvited several people with dismal attendance records, as it is discourteous for others who would like to attend.
