Coding workshop on machine learning for beginners

Jason from Code Kitchen will lead:

• An overview of some basics of machine learning (demystifying some of the terminology) and what it is good for / not good for
• A quick hands-on, in-the-browser tutorial using ml5.js and tensorflow.js to use transfer learning to train an existing model (e.g. MobileNet) with gestural [and possibly speech] commands that could control a robot.
• Wrap-up and reference further resources.
