Rochester Happy Hour 50 plus

## Every summer for 29 years, Martin Luther King Jr. Park in downtown Rochester transforms into a music Mecca each Thursday for six weeks.Hosted by the City of Rochester, the 2026 Volvo Cars Rochester Party in the Park concert series presents a wide range of music including blues, funk, rock, reggae, and classic rock attracting devoted music fans and families to come out and enjoy the beautiful summer season.

Tickets are $7 buy online. We meet at Fattey Beer, a 5 minute walk away from the park. Doors at 5 PM.
The lawn seating is on grass--bring blankets. They don't allow lawn chairs, but you can bring a camping chair with straps and no legs.

The Seven Wonders are world-class musicians paying homage to the music of Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks. Named after the Fleetwood Mac song “Seven Wonders”, the band’s collective performing experience brings the crowd powerful renditions of these timeless tunes. They authentically recreate all the great hits of Fleetwood Mac, including Dreams, Go Your Own Way, Rhiannon, Edge of Seventeen, Landslide, Gypsy, and more. The Seven Wonders’ onstage passion reconnects fans with the music they love.

From gritty acoustic ballads to full-band anthems, Highway Boys delivers a powerful live experience that resonates with both die-hard fans and new listeners alike.
Blending heartfelt vocals with driving rhythms and a road-worn Americana sound, the band recreates the spirit of Zach Bryan’s music while bringing their own passion to every performance.

It is not a happy hour, but it is fun. Lot's to see, good music, tasty food, and, of course, ART! I am inviting my brunch group too.
We can meet at the information booth at Adams and Frederick Douglas streets and go from there. Bring sunscreen, water, and wear walking shoes.

For more than five decades, the Corn Hill Arts Festival has celebrated creativity, community, and culture in one of Rochester’s most historic and picturesque neighborhoods. Each summer, visitors gather to experience a weekend filled with exceptional fine art, live music, family-friendly activities, and local food and drink.
Now entering its 58th year, the Corn Hill Arts Festival continues its legacy as one of the region’s premier outdoor art shows, featuring over 300 talented artists from across the country. Visitors can explore art across a wide range of media—from painting and photography to sculpture, glass, ceramics, jewelry, and more—set against the charming backdrop of tree-lined streets and 19th-century architecture.
In addition to the art, the festival showcases live entertainment across multiple stages, a Family Fun Zone, and community-favorite attractions such as the Fairy House Tour and Beer & Wine Garden.
