Latin night is back at the Ballroom, and it’s the perfect chance to step into the world of salsa, bachata, and more! No prior experience or partner is required. Whether you’ve always wanted to try Latin dancing or you’re just looking for a night out filled with movement, music, and great vibes, this is your night to learn, laugh, and let loose.

Learn the Basics with Instructor Nina El-Badry, founder of Fluere Dance, who makes it easy and fun for beginners with no pressure, just positive vibes and step-by-step instruction to get you feeling confident and moving with style. Once you’re warmed up, DJ Javier takes over with a high-energy Latin mix designed to pull everyone—from first-timers to seasoned dancers—onto the floor. A lifelong salsa and bachata dancer with over 20 years behind the decks, Javier keeps the night flowing with a fusion of authentic beats and irresistible rhythm that feels as electric as it does welcoming.

You can bring your beverage of choice (BYOB) and we provide a healthy light menu to snack on, for purchase. Seltzers, sodas, and mixers also available. (No “bar” tab.) We have both cafe and lounge seating and a game room. All ages and abilities are welcome!

Looking for a venue for your next event? The Rockingham Ballroom is available for Private Parties, Events, Classes, and Weddings. Our event center is 8,500 sq. feet. The 4000 square foot floating wood floor is the only such dance floor in New England. Located in Newmarket, NH and only 15 minutes from Portsmouth, Exeter, or Durham.
