Calling all tabletop gamers in Eden, Reidsville, Madison, Mayodan, Stoneville, Wentworth, and surrounding areas!
This is a group for people in Rockingham County to organize meetups to play tabletop games of all kinds! Whether it's roleplaying games (Dungeons & Dragons, Call of Cthulhu), board games (Pandemic, Ticket to Ride, Cosmic Encounter), or card games (Magic: The Gathering, Phase 10, Arkham Horror), if you've got a game you'd like to play, there are people in the community who would love to play it with you! In-person gatherings are preferred. However, if you're planning to run an online game through Roll20 or another platform, that's okay, too! Feel free to advertise your game here.
While there are multiple gaming groups down in Greensboro or up in Virginia, there doesn't seem to be an organized community of tabletop gaming enthusiasts in Rockingham County. This group aims to change that.

We are playing MOTHERSHIP!
Mothership is an "award-winning sci-fi horror RPG where you and your crew try to survive in the most inhospitable environment in the universe: outer space! You’ll excavate dangerous derelict spacecraft, explore strange unknown worlds, encounter hostile alien life and examine the horrors encroaching upon your every move."

- A free PDF of the Player's Survival Guide can be found here.
CHARACTER CREATION:
- Please create a character before coming to the session or at least have an idea of the character you'd like to play; we will have a brief "Session 0" before we begin playing in order to make sure everyone is ready and to set the stage for play.
- The Player's Survival Guide contains instructions on how to create a character. There's also an official Mothership Companion app that can help create characters, roll dice, etc. It even has an interactive tutorial that covers the essential info from the Player's Survival Guide.
