Feb Poetry Slam at Round Table in Garnerville NY

We're currently holding a poetry slam the first Saturday of each month.
This is our TEAM SELECTION SLAM, which means some of our best poets from the past year will be competing for the chance to be on our team at regional slam tournaments.
Why should you be there?
- It's going to be a great show. Our best poets will be bringing their best work.
- YOU DECIDE. You, as an audience member, will have a chance to help choose who represents our region!
The line-up tentatively includes Brianna Forbes, Bryan with a Y, Catherine Moscatt, CShep, Gloria Frankson, Julianne, Kandace, and RiN.
What's a poetry slam? It's a performance poetry competition judged by the audience. We use anonymous whole-room voting, so everybody in the audience gets to decide how the slam goes.
Cover is $5-$10 (sliding scale: $10 if you can manage $10, otherwise $5)
Doors open at 6:30 PM; the show proper starts at about 7:02.
Note that everyone sharing work this slam has already been chosen; there will be no sign-up to read at the event.
